The carousel

With 20+ years of stage experience, Silbermond has been one of Germany’s most consistent rock/pop bands. We created a set and lighting design that would unite all of the band’s previous eras with their latest released album AUFAUF.
A sequence of various backdrops is lined up within a carousel construction. It curates the performance. The hidden gem behind the curtain is a lighting grid, it can be used to power up edgy and highly energetic songs while also generating slow and emotional moments. The riser structure and carousel were both chosen to give an industrial impression.
